Cocktail Director and Bar Manager Christine Jeanine Nielson crafts syrups and infusions for house made specialty cocktails, Sparkle Pop sodas, and playful proto-tiki libations sure to entice every customer to try something new.
The Lucky Rooster features over 100 wine selections, hand picked by General Manager Brian Fuller. The wines of Germany, Alsace and Austria, along with value driven selections from the rest of the globe, compliment the bold Asian flavors of our cuisine.
